Absolutely could not be better service and a better deal. Pay $20 once! And you have lifetime bicycle Tire maintenance, which includes wheelchair repair. I needed two new tires installed on my wheelchair. They came out to my car to get the rims and new tires and when done brought them back out to me. And followed my directions completely. And you get 10% back on anything you spend. Win win win! Highly recommend REI
