Excellent from start to finish. Salesperson LISTENED to us and focused on what we wanted, volunteered some free gifts. The installation people were quick, efficient and friendly. The product (Tempupedic mattress) is excellent. This is our second purchase from Mattress Nation and we will go back there when we need more in this line.

After visiting ALL mattress and bedroom furniture stores in Santa Cruz SO happy to have found this store! The salesman, Ryan, went out of his way to research products I had found online and show me similar products from his store. His expertise in this area made it very easy to pick the appropriate frame, mattress, and bedding accessories.
