Solid staff tonight. Greated at the door and without any fuss they said my dog could come in and shop with me. We headed straight to the shoes to look for a specific pair. Unfortunately they didn’t have them but I looked around and found something I might like. They grabbed my size so I could try them on and they looked good to me. Wasn’t sure I was going to impulsively buy one of their more expensive styles but their attitudes helped me decide to get them after all.

I wanted to go in and out. First 10 minutes I was asked what size I wanted informed the associate he went to the back about 15 times never came back. Waited for another 10 minutes. Nothing. I understand there is a substantial amount of customers but please be aware of who your helping and know your product. I’ve worked in retail for six years. I know enough. I will not come back to this store and I will no recommend it to anyone.
