Gosh! Be sure to be in line when they open. Thanks to Covid LV line is long, literally forever to get in. But I was greeted and everyone in the store was so nice. Lots to choose from.. So many LV items, everything is so beautiful. The mall is very nice. Every designer you could think of there’s a store in this Costa Mesa Mall. Not to mention almost everyone you see walking around wearing some type of designer bag/purse shoes, belt mostly the women though. There’s also a couple stores in this mall. One on the 1st floor the other on the second. I had to visit both, one store didn’t have what I was looking for..

Most disappointing shopping I’ve ever had, and to my surprise it’s at Louis Vuitton the South Coast Plaza Bloomingdale’s in Costa Mesa, CA.Left a purse’s tag for customization, been told should be ready in 2-3 days, it’s going into almost a forth week and we didn’t hear anything from anyone, no calls, no emails, even after calling the customer support 3 times, they promised to take care of it through their channels and their management but to my disappointment I heard nothing from them either. I will give absolute the worst score to the store employees, management and customer support at Louis Vuitton, very embarrassing.Anyone who’s shopping for anything at the Costa Mesa Louis Vuitton store, I urge you to watch out for the worst sloppy experience, way off from what I’d expect, worst than Target, or even a Wall Mart. I think this business and the organization as a whole got fat from their own success, their popular brand and the products is what made them just not care anymore about the customer service and experience. 1 of of 10 for Louis Vuitton Costa Mesa, CA. I’ll be writing about my bed experience until I have no more social media to share with, I think people need to know.
