Upon walking in I didnt have such a great vibe, I guess it was just not my style of music. Regardless of my first judgement it all changed when Shawn C. Began working with us.Shawn was really down to earth really honest and to be quiet honest the perfect person to run in to. Ive worked with all major cell phone carriers at one point in my past live I know the ins and outs. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted which was a galaxy note 8 for my mother, she currently had the note 4. I had just came from Verizon because they have a Prepaid $45 15 GB data plan,I made sure to make that clear when I walked in. My mom currently has 2 GB for the same price. He then said yes theres nothing we have that can beat that on prepaid. Super genuine but still willing to help..We tried looking for this phone everywhere and were willing to go I phone…… we didnt thankfully. But Shawn took the time to look for the phone and after not finding it Nation wide he told us about the s8 plus …. that’s when I began to think my mom does not use the s-pen and it’s a cheaper price. So you know what we were sold! After the phone was activated I transferred everything my self through smart switch and my mom & I were on our way.Moral of the story is Shawn awesome, honest and I would definitely go back to work with him.
