Ralph’s is my favorite grocery store. A lovely environment and decent staff.. but…The scales at the produce section measure in Kilogeams (Kg) and not in Pounds (Lb). I have basically gone and basically under-weighed my produce to only be charged more at self-checkout in pounds rather than Kilo’s. This is fraud to the consumer, I have brought it up to an employee but he seemed indifferent to my complaint.We do not use the metric system in the U.S. for the majority of our products, I don’t care what the excuse is, it’s pretty infuriating that most people do not know this issue.Would be a 5/5 stars, but this is unacceptable.
