This review is for the person’s attitude behind the counter, not any work that was done. I arrived 7:02 am with a flat tire and was told that the staff did not come in until 8am. I was asked to take a seat until 8am. I can change my own flat tire. I was struggling to remove the bolts so I asked if the person could help me loosen them. I was then yelled at that the shop doesn’t open until 8am and please wait. I said I was going to try to get the bolts off myself for the next 58 minutes. In doing that, the person came out and yelled that I couldn’t change the tire on his property and I had to move my car. It was raining and it would have been nice to be able to pull into his garage. I found the person very rude and not very nice or helpful, so I went to BP on Port Blvd at 8am and was in and out in 3 minutes, no exaggeration. Bill’s could have helped me or at least been nicer about it.
