The worst customer service ever !! The 2 employees, a girl n a guy were not helpful at all. They were not showing me where things were and made me be in line 3 times. They basically don’t want to do the work and unfortunately for us there is no one to supervise there duties neither their despising attitude toward customers ignoring the fact that they DO have a job thanks to us who spends the dough there;) I will personally never go back to this place neither recommend it to my friends at least until they replace those employees and hire people who really respect and want to hold their jobs in a decent manner. From now on no more party city for me but you can actually buy all your party stuff online and get it deliver to your own home!! . Balloon planet the way to go
