I’m with Jimmy. Not sure what everyone’s grousing about. I’ve dropped off several Amazon returns here over the years and it’s never been anything other than effortless. Yes, there is a line to wait for service, but the service I’ve received here has always been responsive, efficient and courteous. It’s not a day spa.

I love this UPS store. The main gentleman that seems to always be there (I worry, b/c does he ever get downtime?) always greets us with a warm and welcoming smile. He’s so pro-active and helps us quickly and effectively. We are so grateful to have this fantastic neighborhood UPS location. I can only imagine how hard it is to run a small business these days, especially on the Peninsula. This UPS store has been making our lives so much easier for years, and on a monthly basis. Thank you to the UPS store on Bovet!
