On Friday June 4, 2021 about noontime. In the bathroom vanity area I asked two Lowe’s employee’s at separate times that I need help to buy a vanity. I heard the word passed over the store’s intercom but no one came . A third employee assisted me but did not work the area and doesn’t have access to the computers. He asked a employee walking by to check in her hand held device but couldn’t locate the needed vanity. As she walked away I and the employee called her back but she kept on walking . I know she heard us calling her but she ignored us.Finally I went to customer service and the supposedly store manager called over the store intercom for someone to assist me but again no one came.Earlier before this date I asked a bathroom vanity employee to locate two different brands of vanities but none are in San Diego or LA county areas.This was a case of false advertisement. Lowe’s of Oceanside has the vanities displayed along with the posters showing the various sizes and add on(s) but they don’t sell it.I believe that Lowe’s wanted to lure customers to believe that they carry various brands but they do not.So while those customers are in the store Lowe’s hope that they will buy something else.I heard that Lowe’s is closing various stores nation wide.Is it cause there is not enough business or is it really cases of bad customer service driving away customers who instead are now going to Lowe’s competitor ,…Home Depot ?I can’t help to notice that Friday that 4 of the 5employees are white who didn’t help me when asked and the one who tried to help me is black. I’m a Pacific Islander.Racial profiling ??!I gave this store thousands of dollars in business in the past and presently purchased $9,000 of flooring but is on hold cause of Lowe’s inability to provide me with a bathroom vanity cause the new flooring has to be placed before the new vanity is installed.In a few days I’ll be deciding whether to canceled the new flooring due to Lowe’s incompetence.Home Depot here I come ???

John who helped me in tools is awesome. He spent 30ish or more minutes looking for a toolset that was on a pallet wrapped and stocked far away. I got my toolset at the price I wanted because of his customer service. Thank you.

Lowe’s hardware store is a great place to shop in my opinion. Possibly, I like it all the more because I received a 10% discount connected to military service. But they are very nice and helpful in the store.
