I left some stamped outgoing mail in box and the postman left it…do they not pick up outgoing mail anymore do they not drop mail anymore…half the time I dont get my Bill’s good thing for internet otherwise they would never get paid on time…what is happening at the post office…ugh

The lady at usps saved me on my passport renewal. She quickly caught two mistakes I made.It is frustrating trying to phone this usps office as no human will answer. Just auto attendant / voicemail torture.When you go to the post office the service seems good.
