I definitely want the equipment. It’s very good equipment and I’ll wait the extra time, but communication has been very difficult. Laura has been apologetic, but not clear on how long this will take. I ordered $3,000 worth of gear, but it’s been held up by the 2 Vidar amps. When I ordered they were backlogged until the end of March.At the end of March I got an email saying it would take until the April 21st. On the 19th I asked for an update and did not get a response from Laura until I got angry. She then told me it was going to be 4 to 6 weeks to get through the backlog. I asked immediately if that was 4 to 6 more weeks, but Laura is not being responsive. I have no idea how many months I have to wait. I’ll wait, but they need a more responsive customer service group. Not acceptable in my opinion. Hopefully someone who cares about the customers will jump in and communicate better. I’ll update when I finally get my system together. I’m sure it will be worth the wait.
