They were super accommodating here. Shout out to Marquis and William! They were both super helpful and awesome. They made coming from another carrier incredibly easy.

Clueless about service. I went to exchange my T-Mobile Home Internet device because the first one I got was defective. I waited 90 minutes to talk to a tech rep. After going thru the diagnostics the tech rep said he was going to send a new one to the store via overnite. It would be there within 48 hours. A week later it finally showed up.I go to pick it up and get to the store at 10:07am. They open at 10am. One service rep was in the store and already 4 customers waiting. Finally at 10:15a, another rep arrives putting on her mask as she was late. She came up and told me it is going to be a 20 minute wait. Did not even ask me what my issue was.Two days later, I arrive at 10:30am. One customer was ahead of me and the rep said we’ll be right with you. 10 minutes later, he comes over and gets my name and phone number and asks how can he help me. I am holding a T-Mobile Home Internet device in my hands. I said I am her to pick up another one of these. He goes back, brings the device out, then turns around and takes it back.He comes back to me with a confused look. He said they do not normally sell those devices. I told him, that T-Mobile diagnosed over the phone that the device was defective and they would send it to the nearest T-Mobile store for exchange. He said ‘Oh, this is for warranty’. Duh!He plugs my device in to see if it powers up. Then disappears for another 5 minutes and comes back with the new device and has a short conversation with another rep. He then proceeds to get my ID and is struggling with doing the warranty exchange on his tablet. Finally, he tells me that there will be a $20 warranty fee. After being in the store for 30 minutes, they are charging me to exchange an device that is one month old. OK. I asked if he could waive the fee because I have only had the device one month and I waited an hour and a half on the phone to diagnose the problem. AND I have been with T-Mobile for twelve years. Blank stare. Nothing. I gave him my card, paid and got the heck out.Honestly, they hire the worst people at this location. The few times I have gone to other T-Mobile stores, they treat you like a human being. Here, you feel like you are an annoyance to them.Update – Called T-Mobile customer care and told them what happened. The rep asked me how long I was without the device. I said 2 weeks. She went ahead and issued a credit for $44. $20 for the warranty fee and $24 for time without the service. Took 3 minutes. T-Mobile customer service is great. They always take care of me. That’s why I have been with them for 12 years. This Quarry Creek location is just not managed to T-Mobile’s service standards.

Walked in, waited by the front door as directed by the signs. Waited for 5 minutes for one of the reps to complete with other customers. After those ppl left she never acknowledged me. Both employees looked right at me and said nothing. So I waited another couple mins while she cleaned a bit. After she finished she still completely ignored me. So, I came out to my car to sit and write this before I went to another T-mobile. Skip this one. They did not value me as a customer. What if I had just won the lotto and wanted to buy all my friends phones?
