Gottschalk music center is a great shop in downtown Merced. Elliot dialed in two guitars for me and she did a great job dialing in my parts caster (new nut, leveling and polishing frets) as well as intonation. I highly recommend them for their service and knowledge. Prices are great and they even gave me a little price break on some extra gear. They will get future business for sure.

We were in need of a keyboard with weighted keys for my daughter who started piano lessons with a private instructor. The staff at Gottschalk took the time to explain my options, what they offered and how our needs might evolve if she stuck with her lessons and developed mastery of the instrument. They even packed everything up and loaded or car. Spectacular service, patience and knowledge.
