Call before you drop in. Especially if you are not expected. I came in twice close to five and the office was closed. Third time will be better as I will call ahead. Once I actually make it in I will reassess. The convenience factor is very good but this is not a Walmart Vision Dr. They are independent.

Website says they close at 12am, not true. Went in 4 mins before 8 and they were closing it down, worker for different department said she couldn’t go to the back. Well, one of the vision center workers was taking the register. My glasses were already paid for someone just needed to hand them over. If they’re going to close 4 mins early it should be reflected on the site and sign.

The females who answer the phone are freaking horrible rude as can be super short makes you not even trust them with your eye care. I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING PATIENT
