I OSCAR REAL HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE GOOD FEET STORE IN LONG BEACH. OM MARCH THE 5th . THE SERVICE WAS GREAT WITH THE EMPLOYEE NAME MAGGIE THAT WORK THERE. HAD GREAT COUNSELING ABOUT THE OVERALL PROCESS, OF GETTING MY FOOT PRINTS TRYING OUT DIFFERENT ARCHES FOR MY FEET UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED. THE ONLY THING WAS THE PRICE . At 71 I found myself unable to walk very much without experiencing knee and back pain. I use to be able to walk 5 miles a day with my dogs and was barely able to do half that. After trying several different shoes and arch supports, a Doctor’s visit to check my back and knees I decided to try Good Feet. I was skeptical about the product but I was fitted with arches and shoes and gave it a try. Within a week the knee and back pain was just about gone and now after about a month I’m able to make my 5 mile walks again with my dogs.

Did some research on the product and went to the Long Beach store to look into it. Was greeted by Maggie in the store and she was a delight and professional to work with me. I’ve had the product for 3 weeks now and I have noticed a great difference in my left foot which was the problem foot. The pain that I had in both knees has decreased dramatically. I would recommend this product and if you go to Long Beach please ask for Maggie she is great!Henry Kaiser
