Long lines and unhelpful employees: can’t even pickup a cover for iPad

Great customer service, good location with enough parking.

I can’t believe how terrifying the customer service was at this location! I was never welcomed at the store and felt racially profiled. I had an appointment to get my silicone case replaced and they would not replace it. I had notes from another representative saying that they were going to replace it under warranty. The store manager named Troy would not honor it! He was very unprofessional and called me bro many times. He was really disrespectful! I am dissatisfied with the service and I was sick to my stomach after exiting the store. Troy in no way should be a store manager for apple. He and his store associate Mo treated me like I was garbage. I am honestly appalled from the whole situation.

You need a reservation when the store is mostly empty. I get it, COVID…. However, they are NOT following CDC occupancy guidance nor California’s guidance. They have a more woke Apple standard. I counted 6 people in there and 9 employees not including the 3 outside apologizing to everyone. I can’t wait until their App Store is decentralized. Go Epic!

We didn’t go to Apple store … the line was too long. I’m just imagining what the service might have been like. I bet it’s good .. seeing how there’s only 5 people in the store at one time.
