Rude cashier on Sunday April 11 at 3:30am. This woman notticed i was heading to the restrooms, when she told me that the restroom wasn’t working. We understand if they just don’t want ppl using them. We understand cleaning them must be a challenge sometimes. But not everybody is the same. The tone she used was rude, like assuming I was going to leave it dirty or just stoping by fpr the restroom. I certainly needed to use it, it was kinda an urgency, I mean, It is a necessity not your choice when u need to go, u need to go, right? It’s not cool that they don’t let ppl use the restrooms. But I wanted to buy some munchies for my trip too which were the last thing in mind when I couldn’t focus on nothing else but to find a restroom asap once she prohibited the restoom to a client >.< Of course she didn't know, she just made her assumptions..I ended up going to the Jack in the Box next to it. So i used the restroom without buying anything which i dont like to do, and didn't go back to buy the stuffs i wanted to this 7 eleven bc i really disliked that woman's attitude. It only took one short phrase with a tone to be rude and made that moment a nightmare. I almost peed right there, literally was holding it for hours.. S: Not cool guys. U literally attend travelers, this place survive on travelers..and using the restrooms of course is part of the service for us. You might not like it, but we need it. Then we buy. Sometimes ppl don't, but again, u can't deny the restroom to a potential customer.
