Movers Long Beach is regrettably a very unprofessional service, utilizing movers who will grossly abuse your time, lose your expensive items and throw olive oil in your suitcases which damages all items as the packed them.My move was scheduled for 12-2pm start time, and the arrival time was the only thing that was correct. The movers spent 5 hours moving a STUDIO apartment, and in the process, left behind several expensive items — including two men’s pea coats, silverware, and kitchen items that cost over $600 total. On arrival at our new place only 9 miles away, the movers were very rushed, and had no idea where they placed several of my very expensive items. They then demanded a cash tip, after being told several times we did not have cash on us, and appeared very irritated when we stated that we did not have cash on us, even going so far as to telling us they would drive us to the bank.Upon reporting this to management and Customer Service Chloe, I was ignored and repeatedly not replied to after requesting immediate resolution to these losses and issues. The manager Shawn texts you to resolve your issues, then ignores you when you request urgent attention to your claim and compensation for the botched moving job. $1100 for a Studio apartment move — if you want to pay over $1,000 to have your belongings lost, damaged with olive oil and careless tossing of your belongings and inattentive management — this is your company !I highly suggest changing your reservation if you are reserving this company — far better options out there such as PURE Movers in L.A. ! Run away from this very unethical company, and don’t look back !*** Update: Shawn, the manager, will promise a refund for the stolen items and then renege on this the same day. DO NOT use this company ! Their movers lost and stole hundreds of dollars worth of our belongings, and refuse to assist us, they are also not fully insured. Please please please RUN away !

Moving is never fun and Movers LB came highly recommended by a couple friends. They were right. The process was seamless from booking to finish, fair pricing and email/phone communication good. Denis and Arthur were awesome and completed packing and the entire move quicker than expected. Will go with these guys for my next move.
