Absolute ROBERY. One cup cost me $18!!! No signs of price increase anywhere.The yogurt was runny. The place was so dirty and gross for Covid. They have you put on gloves before putting ice cream in your cup, but then dirty gloves are all over the floor.The service was so bad. The guy didn’t give me spoons and when I came back and asked for them he rolled his eyes and by that time my runny yogurt was even more runny!Seriously I feel robbed. They raised their prices 2.5x and there is no sign anywhere. It’s embarrassing when you get the total cause it’s not like you can put the yogurt back in the machine. The pricing is shameful and I will never return to Yogurtland in Santa Monica. It’s a franchise, such a bad look for the brand since it’s literally in one of the worlds most visited areas. Literally filthy inside.

Overpriced. My family and I really like frozen yogurt and have had it in multiple locations. From all of the ones we have visited, this is the most overpriced. Fruit selection is laughable and service is okay. Price per ounce is not shown anywhere within the visible field for customers, they give you a tiny bottle of water on most orders because most cups are going to be around 10-15 usd. The cup itself is costing you around 3usd. Again, this store is just a ripoff.

Bought 2 cups of yougurt weighing about 30oz and paid about $29. I know other locations are definitely not 99 cents per ounce. So you judge.
