This place is awful!! The staff was terrible, a employee named Alex and other 2, didn’t help us at all. We wanted to leave a account and make individual prepaid accounts. They said they couldn’t do this in store and told us to call T-Mobile. We did that, and then we’re told we would need a new SIM card and we had to go back to the store. There were 3 employees doing NOTHING, we asked while Alex take care of one of my friends to be helped by another person and they said they couldn’t because the others must be busy doing something else. In the end he said he couldn’t help and rushed out to close the store. Awful don’t come here! T-Mobile please chose your staff better and get better in your customer service.

Called ahead to confirm they had an item I needed. They confirmed they had it. I showed up 10 minutes later to buy and was informed they didn’t have it. I confirmed I had the correct phone number, I had. Then the sales rep helpfully tells me to “call ahead and confirm so I don’t have to drive around”
