It has been many years since the last time I’ve been inside the Southland Lenscrafters store and today and the was assisted by Stacy, it was a a great experience from start to finish- efficient and shen I couldn’t find what suits me best, Stacy knew exactly what I needed and where under the display racks : excellent product knowledge and superior customer service!

Walked into LensCrafters at 7:15pm, 45 minutes before closing. Initially, we thought it closed at 9pm, but an employee came up to us and said, What do you want? We’re just about to close. We said we wanted to look at some frames. The employee wasn’t very nice and just said there’s nothing that they can do for us since they’re about to close. There were no other customers in the store and two employees who were sitting down talking when we arrived.We went to another retailer a few days later and picked out frames, ordered them, and bought them in less than 20 minutes. Obviously LensCrafters doesn’t want any business so just stay away from this location.
