Went into store to inquire about different data plans. Jackson said I could have unlimited data and pay $20 less, because my previous plan was old. I happily agreed, and when I left I got a text from Verizon saying my new plan was $25 more. When I called the store, I told the gentleman who answered my experience, and he informed me I had to sign up for paperless billing and auto pay to get $20 off. It would have been nice if Jackson would of calculated my bill correctly, or told me that I HAD to sign up for paperless and auto pay, and then it would cost me $5 more. I also got a text from Verizon saying they have closed my Cloud account, per my request? I have no idea what that’s about!

Called for iphone 11 Pro information. Wanted to know if they had the color I wanted and if they would meet the deal which you can get on line from the Apple Store. I have an existing Verizon account and could give them my information so they could give me prices. Refused over the phone . Said I had to come into the store. Guess they can not give a hard sell over the phone.
