Absolute garbage customer service.Absolute unawareness about how to effectively communicate with their manufacturing team about defects and complete lack of willingness to improve.From 4 prior experiences, products are not manufactured as advertised and will produce inconsistent fit as there is no inspection of products, and there is no quality assurance process at Oliver Peoples.I would not rate this company as a luxury eyewear boutique as the quality of their products and their customer service is subpar.
