Friendly staff, but poor stocking. Much of what I want is out of stock when I come. CVS is BIG, doesn’t need us small customers. Covid testing must be profitable, as the long waits to pick up at the window indicate, and the time spent on marketing tests is the highest priority when I call to refill a prescription. Pharmacy is crazed by volume, apparently, and CVS is not interested in alleviating the staff pressure or providing customer service.

I hope that by leaving this review someone can actually help. I took my pre-travel COVID test 3 days before landing in Hawaii. I chose CVS because they claimed a 2-3 day turnaround with no projected delays or backlog. It’s been 6 days now with no results and no one from corporate minute clinic being able to investigate the lab results or escalate it to a nurse or supervisor until it’s been 10 days!! Beware of this location and claims that you will get your test results in a timely fashion. You will have to quarantine, unable to work, losing time, income, and patience.
