I love this place, but I’m starting to miss all the staff from the first year of when this location opened downtown.Today I called and asked about a specific flower brand and strain. I wasn’t able to hold any or place an order over the phone, but that online I can order. I said I didn’t see any online of the specific strain/brand which is why I was calling. The staff on the phone told me there were 5 packages (specified 1/8ths) left but didn’t offer to hold or take my name so I walked in, literally 5 minutes later.Staff was pretty helpful and even looked in the back for me but was informed that the specific strain/brand wasn’t available and it was a mistake that the person on the phone made by looking at inventory in the computer. Honest mistake but it took talking to three different staff members to get to the bottom of all this. Left disappointed with no flower.I’m sure the store can tell which strains/brands are popular and coincidentally enough, this is one of them. I’ve been buying this specific brand/strain for nearly two years from this same store.

Worst dispensary in Humboldt. Went in and got a bag of flower. So I thought. When I got into my car and checked it. The seal was broken(didnt realize it when she handed it to me). Not only was it shake instead of flower. It was contaminated, there where two pine needles in it. I immediately went back in and showed it to them. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked why they would sell a product like this, they then informed me they dont know what theyre selling. Nor do they check their products. Only when a customer complains do they do anything. They dont take it of the shelf but sell it tell it’s gone then dont reorder it. Maybe it’s me but if your selling a controlled substance and you dont know what you actually selling. You shouldnt be in business. THATS DANGEROUS AND RECKLESS.Response to reply: I did. And you guys told me you couldnt do anything about it and kicked me out. How is that making things right?
