I have been buying clothes here for 3 years for my grandsons. I always buy online and ship to store in December they couldn’t find my order. I called and within 10 min I got a text that my order was at the store. Once I got to the store I was not in thier system. They girl that helped me, was very nice, had to go through all the packages to find mine. She did find it but it still wasn’t even in the system that I ordered anything. So I wanted to use my reward points and bout some jeans for my oldest grandson. I purchased them on the 8th and got an email on the 10th that they would been here soon. I have not heard from them since. I will be checking on my order and update my post. The clothes are great but shipping sucks.
