DONT USE THIS UPS!!!!! If you call and ask for information make sure you get a name from that person. Went in to pick up a package and was told I had to pay a fee WHEN I called in advance and was told there WOULD BE NO FEE. I WAS COMPLETELY LIED TO BY AN EMPLOYEE! And then another employee rudely informed me of their correct policy and had NO concern for the confusion.
