The service was great, the selection was poor. Is it Big 5’s fault that everybody’s buying up guns right now because of covid-19? No. Should they be more in the ball about restocking their stores and getting as many items in there as possible, yes.

The store is nicely stocked. They had everything we were looking for. The sales associates were helpful, kind and very polite. My issue was as the cash register the associate named Shay, was so dry and not very nice. She seemed so miserable to be at work. She didn’t know how to honor our coupon, which was given to us by our baseball league. Good thing another associate helped out and honored our coupon. If you are so unhappy where you work… get another job. Thank you to all the OTHER associates at this location for making it a pleasant store.
