James is one of the best sales assistant I have ever encountered. There were few other staff members who welcomed me with a smile.I was approached by James, who took care of me and helped to make a decision which handbag to purchase .Although , I spent in the store at least forty minutes I did not feel rushed. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with my new purchase. I will definitely come back to the store next time I am in Beverly Hills.

“Terrance” was completely unprofessional and aggressive over the phone. If I were his boss, I would’ve fired him on the spot-it was that bad. I would never step foot in this store given his absolutely reprehensible conduct; I’m guessing he acts that way because management lets him. Also, I asked to speak to a manager, but of course no one ever called me back. Avoid this store like the plague-the designs are repetitive, anyway (i.e skulls, skulls, black, silver, and more skulls).
