The whole staff is so nice! Went in to trade my phone and get some accessories, I’m assuming the manager a younger lady helping train another nice girl gave me a discount on a extra case and screen protector. I left so happy! Then today I had to go back in because just a day of having the screen protector on it cracked on a carpet and the young guy in there replaced it at no charge! This is hands down the nicest Metro around! Love them.
