Yesterday morning my doctor transmitted a dosage change of a vital medication. Hadn’t heard a thing from CVS. I called this morning spoke to Neeru, the pharmacist, they hadn’t processed my prescription because they didn’t even notice my medication had been increased. The last time my prescription was filled, it was filled with the wrong dosage, 25mcg’s less than my prescription of 100mcg’s that they had filled at least two times before. Also, they speak very fast, and in a hurry to get you off the phone!!! Even though you have other questions and concers!!! Then they give you attitude when you call them back and they still cut you off!!!
