Came in to upgrade my engagement ring’s head and stone after being told by another jeweler that they couldn’t do it. Bie, Ana and the manager were excellent! They helped me define exactly how I wanted it and Bie advocated to make sure it was able to be done correctly. So thankful to them! My ring came out perfect!!
