My experience at this AT&T store was a great one. Our AT&T Representative Gus was very helpful and attentive to our purchasing needs for my daughter’s new phone and lowering my cell phone bill plan. This review is for LESLIE, an amazing employee at Chino Hills store. My family and I have been with AT&T for well over 10 years and over the years we’ve had a good share of unhelpful and rude reps. However, the service we received from this young lady on April 22 stood out in every way! I had a few issues to address including opening a 4th line which many other AT&T reps deemed impossible with the type of business account that we had. I was completely astounded at how professional and effortless her service was. LESLIE was extremely patient, resourceful, and welcoming. She took time to beautifully resolve all my issues including adding another line and finding the best possible plan for my family of four. She also found and added all kinds of discounts and perks to our account. At the end of my visit, I walked out with a new iPhone 11 for my 10 year old son for half the price! All the experience was a complete delight and I don’t have enough words to praise LESLIE for her knowledge and unmatched kindness. I don’t remember EVER leaving AT&T store with this level of gratitude and satisfaction. Highly recommend this particular store in Chino Hills!
