I just got back from PacSun. The girl that was working there, was extremely rude with attitude. Hispanic, 5’6-5’7, a bit thick body type, dark hair. I came to return an item today around 3:30pm that I bought a day ago, had a receipt. All tags were attached. She wouldn’t give me any options. I couldn’t return my item. First off without saying hello, no smile, she tells me to step away from table, then she tells me to pull my mask higher and all said with attitude. Then she insisted to provide her with my email and phone number for return purposes, and I asked her twice if it was for sign up, if so I don’t want it cause I don’t want to receive any emails, she confirmed it wasn’t. Guess what? I didn’t return my item, and the moment I get home, I receive an email “ WELCOME TO MYGSOMREWARDS! PacSun”I dont know what was her issue, I’m still confused, I have shopped there with prior associates and they were so polite and nice, but I literarily will never step my foot into that store. Extremely rude, unprofessional and a liar!
