Hassler has installed furnaces, heat pumps and HVAC systems for me at two homes and two commercial buildings. They have always been extremely professional. They go out of their way to help design and select the right equipment for your space. The installers are always top notch. And, most importantly, if anything goes wrong, they are always very responsive, and get things running quickly. Requested diagnosis of erratic furnace operation. Courteous staff arranged appointment and confirmed by e-mail and phone. Steve, the tech assigned, arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and offered his opinion regarding possible issues with clear explanations. Accordingly, have decided to hire them to attempt the repair, despite the suspected problem will not be confirmed until subject parts can be accessed and checked.
