Worse consumer service I ever met. on the web said the store close at 7pm, but the two sellers told me they close at 6pm!!!!!! On March 21, the two seller are so terrible. When I pick up my makeup they keep tell me they are close at 6pm, and they told wrong price and give me broken makeup.

Worst shopping experience. I did subscribe the cosmetics company store text msg. I did receive a promotion text msg and tried to use it in this store. But they told me I cannot use it without promotion code which I don’t have. What I have is just the msg. As a customer, what can we do?????? Drive one hour for fake ads???? TRY AVOID THIS STORE
