I’m not sure how this store is even in business anymore but I went in to get a few shirts and the associates stood in a circle together all on their phones gossiping. Never said hi or if they can help. I’m not sure why you would need to pay 3 people just to stand and do absolutely nothing.

Terrible store atmosphere. Three associates all on their cell phones at the counter, store was a mess, not a customer in sight, and we weren’t greeted till we were at the sale rack at the back. None of the employees could even bother to see what we were shopping for. I usually shop pacsun for the deals but the “don’t care” attitude of the employees will run the company out of business. This store needs a culture shift and a reset with the employees. The customer service wasn’t even service. 0/10. Will not be shopping here again.

I love the clothes here but the attitudes of the employees need to change. I am tired of walking in and and not even being greeted by employees sometimes, the workers at the register are so lazy and are just standing there the whole time. Specifically the female workers. I usually have a great experience at this store but the past few times I’ve gone in, all I get are judgmental looks from the workers and I start feeling uncomfortable. Other than that, there is a great selection of clothes at this store however I will not be returning after today.
