This is my first time visiting this Ross and I was impressed! As with all Ross Stores the selection was reasonable and the prices were great. I needed some white business shirts which can be hard to come by at these types of stores, but to my surprise I was able to find several!

I love this place.I have always loved Ross dress for less. This particular store has a great selection with really good discounts. The store was very clean. The bathrooms were nice. And there’s plenty of parking in the parking lot.The store was neat. There wasn’t much to choose from on the men’s side and sometimes it can be hard to find certain Items. If you are having trouble finding an item just ask a clerk at the front of the store. The staff was very nice and they were very knowledgeable about the location of items in the store.

Needed to return clothes. Cashier was very rude telling me that I should have not taken the tags off when in fact they were a gift. Continuing to say she don’t have time to help me !! Raising her voice and having the security guard help me. Continuing to tell me that I should have known to leave the tags on. I am disabled and dyslexic so I was not able to read the labels correctly. She did not allow me to explain my disability, spoke directly over me. Rude and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and humiliated when she raised her voice for everyone to hear. Should be fired. Luckily I don’t know her name.
