Small shops depend on their loyal customer base and on word of mouth… My word of mouth will be total NEGATIVITY. I have ever encountered such a RUDE owner in my entire shopping career. I might add that the merchandise is unacceptional, and prices are high.Before entree changed ownership, i frequented the shop routinely. Theowners and sales help went over and aboveboard to please each customer.This week I dropped into the ‘new entree ( opened over the summer) and proceeded to have an unprovoked, verbal interaction with the new owner that was unnecessary, and extremely upsetting.The situation does not bare repeating as it is the words themselves that were insulting. There are so many fabulous venues to visit where clients are treated with the utmost TLC by all, particularly the owner.Entree is OFF my list and hopefully others will take heed.
