This is the worst place to spend your money. Customer service was horrible. I entered my name into a raffle and was contacted a week later and informed my name was pulled and that I can come and retrieve my shoes. I came the following morning, only to be told they sold my shoes. When I requested to speak with a manager the young man told me he is the manager and when I requested a store manager, he refused to give me the store manager contact.. It appears they are keeping and reselling hot ticket items “shoes” for profits online elsewhere… Shoe Palace should be a shamed to have employees or petty managers represent their business in such a small manner. Very disappointed!!!
