This a great Macy’s. Everything is stocked, clean & the syaff are very helpful.. even if they’re in the middle of a task. We were greeted upon entering as well.

This store is like goodwill with high prices. $100 for a blouse, all over the floor. Shelves empty or full of random things. It is 75 degrees today and end of April and they still have large selection of coats. I went there today at 215, not busy at all but the place looked a real mess. I watched staff walk past clothing lying around. I’m sure this store will be closed soon, it looks like it is being run down.

Thank you to the customer service person, Yilenia, who helped me and my wife. In the beginning she was a bit rude but change her tune. Guess she was having a bad day, But realize the action and her ways with us, in the end we struck a good conversation.Good job for acting professional with us, if I was a recruiter zip would pick her and hire her, after all we are all human.
