Lulu’s new location really is bigger and better! There is a lot more room. The desserts and bread selection remain as fresh, delicious and varied as ever.

In thw last few weeks we’ve been fortunate enough to celebrate with cakes from Lulu’s. We’ve had the torta mista, black and white cake and the carrot cake. All were exceptional, the cake was moist, the mousse was light and the frosting was just right. So glad they were able to move into this bigger location. They are the best!!

This bakery is clean and beautifully decorated but the cupcakes and cakes are anything but delicious.Different members of my family all had different items and we were all dissatisfied.The cupcakes taste like a box cake. Which was disappointing.The Italian cheesecake was dry. My mom loves cheesecake and asked me not to buy it again from this bakery if I go another time.I had a small chocolate cake. It had three/ four layers. Each layer was sweeter than the previous layer. None of the layers complimented each other or tasted good together. I absolutely love chocolate and this cake is still sitting in my fridge. I can’t bring myself to eat it.We also had the rainbow cookie slice which tasted nothing like a rainbow cookie. Just overwhelming sweet. Rainbow cookies are a NYC staple at least this item should be corrected. I advise all to stay clear of this bakery.
