Terrible customer service especially Monique who gave me wrong information and sold me free line with SE phone half a price on thanksgiving day. I saw my bill that T-Mobile charge me $50 more. I went on Saturday and talked to Monique. She said you have the cancel the line and pay full price of phone. I did not believe that this is the same person. I said do you remember me? She said yes but unfortunately you are not eligible for free line and I cant help you. I was shocked and asked her call your manager to fix it. She refused and I was on T-Mobile line for one hour and thirty eight minutes. Finally after four hours talking with customer service he recommend me send back the phone. That’s very very frustrating experience for me with this store located on 105 E Alameda.

DON’T go to this store for any of your needs. The manager there at the time of writing this review (Richard) had quoted my family on a rebate amount and upon returning he conveniently forgot to mention details that effectively disqualified us from getting the initially quoted amount. The manager also threatened to revoke account privileges that he had no right to revoke; if we didn’t honor the trade-in after he misquoted us. They operate like true con artists. If you need any help related to T-Mobile save yourself the headache and go to another location that’s not a franchised branch like this one. Terrible customer service, terrible business.

So I got there and thought nobody was inside. When I went inside, I saw a girl with was answering the phone. So waited for a while until she was done, and as I was waiting, i heard some girls in the back room chatting and laughing together. So I told the girl that i want to pay my bill and also i wanted a paper that shows my account number and all those information. She could easily print it out, but instead she told me to call the center and get it from there. Wow. Not helpfull at all, specially the girl with tattoos.
