Firestone complete auto care in Indio took great care of me. The staff was super friendly, Kevin and his crew were knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my car was in tip shop shape before I left. I appreciated the open up front and honest dialogue about my car’s actual situation, as I am mechanically inclined, I never enjoy having anything pulled over on me, and they did not try and do that here. Highly recommend Firestone complete auto care in Indio, talk to Kevin up front and the staff will get it done Quickly and done right! Last thing I will add, it is conveniently located right next to Arco gas station as well as steers bar-and-grill so you can stop in get some grub while they work on your car.

One of very few tire shops open around here on Sundays, and the only one who had my tire size in stock without having to special order. Great, friendly service! I only needed 1 tire but they aired up all my others too. Would go back!

Came to Indio Firestone Tires for a tire repair. The service advisors Richie and Melissa took care of us. They were both very professional, with great customer service. We will definitely come again.
