I stopped by this UPS Store to pick up my package from a driver that was there. Unfortunately the associate whom greeted and assisted me, Siafa, was quite rude and unpleasant to deal with.The female associate that was busy with another customer was trying to be helpful but Siafa was disregarding her. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, as she didn’t have it displayes on her shirt, but I would like to give her a shout out for trying to multitask and assist me as well when she was already occupied. Siafa on the other hand seemed interested in assisting me.The driver was friendly too, but I believe that is feedback for the warehouse or dispatch facility rather than this location.Even though the unnamed associate was friendly and helpful; my encounter with Siafa was unpleasant enough to have myself prefer not to revisit this location.
