This store is horrible! We shipped an envelope to Switzerland and the store manager said Swaziland….. after much discussion he said i do this all the time, it will be fine and my husband replied, that is Africa, not Switzerland, the store manager proceeded anyway…. and charged $220.00….well, my package made it to South Africa and they will not give use a refund… we have visited the store twice since shipping the package trying to get a refund the and package back…. BTW – This is a franchise and they don’t use UPS rates… Total RIP OFF!!!
