Ordered some seat covers for my patio cushions. Put half down on my credit card. Supposed to be done by end of January. Nope. End of Feb. Nope. I go in and they tell me it will now be in the middle of April. That they had received an email from the supplier on February 10 saying they were back ordered on the material I ordered. They could’ve called me and asked if I wanted to try a different material. They never reach out and ask they wait until I contact them for a status and then they deliver the bad news. I also had a bad experience with them on the fireplace repair previously. I will never use them for anything again and I recommend you stay away too.
