I came to this location before and made a couple of purchases for my wife and myself before I educated myself on gold prices weight quality ect. About 7 months ago I dropped almost 4 grand on 2 small chains and pendant for my wife her items were about 22 grams all together and I bought a chain+pendant for myself which was 60 grams. Anyone that’s done their homework will know I was over charged $1500. So I decided to go back today and get my wife another chain for Valentine’s Day. I came equipped with my own scale and knowledge of what gold prices were for the day. After my wife picked out her chain of choice we weighed it and he gave me a price that was $200 more than the gold prices for the day. I told them the price should be less due to prices for the day. His wife or business partner chimed in and said the extra price is for labor. I told them your not the one making these chains so why are you charging labor. They are nice people when your buying from them because when I was uneducated months prior the lady was really nice but now I know my stuff and I’m questioning why are things so higher than what prices for gold are for the day they made a ridiculous excuse of labor and weren’t so friendly anymore. Just be aware and educated before you buy gold from them or anyone!

Great service and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for new jewelry or repairs. The gold selection is vast. In about 20 minutes I was able to go in, get a new necklace while switching out old necklace clasps, brought back damaged necklace for a refund. Can’t beat this place!
