I’ve had several negative experiences with the pharmacy. The line moves slow, sub-par customer service, and in particular with the COVID vaccine, they’ve excused my appointment twice and asked that I come back at a later date. Would strongly recommend doing business elsewhere.

Retail is a job that I know I cannot do because they must have a verbal finesse when dealing with the public. I just don’t have that. Neither did the CVS employee assisting the pharmacy. Awkwardly exerting her authority with mixed undertones of superiority and disdain.
